Please read these terms&conditions carefully before you ordering any Products from the Funky.com.my(the "Site"). You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates.

1.Product
1.1 We promise the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered.
1.2 We try our best to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the Product is faulty, you agree to keep     the Product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.
1.3 On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults,        defects or damage before you sign for delivery.If the parcel have any damage,broken,please don't receive it and ask the delivery     driver to return back to us.You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

2.Payment
2.1 We only will send out the parcel after we receive the full payment from you for the items you order.
2.2 No any COD(cash on delivery)unless special case that we agree.
2.3 We accept payment from credit card by IPAY88,online banking by IPAY88,online bank transfer,ATM cash deposit.All transcation via
    online bank transfer and ATM cash deposit must provide us a copy of receipt.
2.4 We not responsibility to any fraud happen during period of making payment.

3.Delivery
3.1 We promise to delivery the parcel to you as soon as we can do,but we cannot guarantee any firm parcel delivery dates by
    courier company.Not any refund or return if the delay caused by courier company.
3.2 You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

4.Return And Refund
4.1 For the customized photo items, we do not accept return or refund for the reason dissatisfaction on printing design or
    product quality.Only broken item or missing parcel will get a return or refund.
4.2 For other products,we accept return or refund within 3 days after received the items.
4.3 For return items, you need to ensure the item under same condition at the time you receive it.we will not responsibility to any
    damage or missing caused during the period of items return to us.
3.4 For return/refund case, all the cost generated are pay by you, like shipping fee,packing fee or bank service charge.
3.4 We reserves the right to reject any return or refund.
